Ruth's Chris - 3 Course Meal For $39.95

I am a big fan of Ruth's Chris. I have only been 4 or 5 times, and someone else paid for most of those, but each experience was WONDERFUL. They are now offering a three-course meal special for $39.95 (see menu here). The meal consists of a starter, entrée, side dish and dessert.
