Poor guy. Decides he needs money so he chooses to rob a bar. Pulls a bandanna over his face, puts his hand in his pocket like he has a gun, and enters a bar to remember. Unfortunately he did no realize that there had been a statewide police golf tournament in town that day and all of the players were enjoying a cold one when he entered the bar.
